Computers and computer systems have a come a long way in the past years. With the boom in this industry many new companies entered the market. One such company was that of Mr. Tom. He was following this booming industry and decided to venture into it. He met with certain old contacts and convinced them with a good proposal to invest in his hardware manufacturing company. His company made keyboards, monitors, mouse etc. They would take up orders for assembling computers according to their clients specifications. With the growing competition, they started manufacturing a new range of mouse called magic mouse. This was a new protocol for the company. Many orders were shipped across but one of the batches had a problem with magic mouse. Once the clients received the piece and found that it did not meet the standards, they registered a complaint with Tom’s company. He had to take quick and accurate measures at the right time in order to maintain goodwill. He recalled all the pieces, had them checked and sent out a fresh batch with no defects.
