I can’t even begin to tell you how excited I am now that I have passed my licensure exam and have my very own real estate license. I started out in the business as a real estate agent, and it has been about ten years of tenure before I got enough courage to put my foot down, take a break from my busy work schedule and go back to school to prepare for the real estate license exam. It takes about 30 to 60 days of preparation, depending on which state you are planning to get your license with and after that you will need to take an exam that qualifies you for the license. I was a little scared at first because I thought I was way too old to be taking some test but after considering the perks, I wanted to take a chance. I am glad to report that I passed my exam and now have a real estate license.
