Finally, a big-budget project out of Springfield we can get excited about.

Work is under way on the big-screen version of "The Simpsons," ew.com reports. Nancy Cartwright, who voices Bart on the animated series, told BBC Radio the movie is officially in production.

"We've just done the table read for the Simpsons movie," she said, adding, "I'm sure it won't take any less than a couple of years."

Cartwright said she doesn't know the name of the movie and can't reveal any plot details, but she did say, "I think it's going to be great, and the fans are going to dig it."

I read this last night, they've been talking about a movie for over a decade now, its about time they actually get started on it.

I haven't seen it yet, I keep hearing mixed reviews. Some people say its good while others say it was only the first 30 minutes that were good.

i saw it the day it was out in Oz and i thought it was pretty good. better than i expected, it just like a longer version of the show really, it was pretty funny...bart's penis made me cry...that was sooooooo funny.

yeah, Luv, that was Great, I liked the movie, thought it was good pretty much through out.

It's a video codec. Codec stands for compression/decompression. Like MP3 is an audio compression type, Divx is a video compression type.

not everyone.. yeah usually the companies spot the links and make the site remove them imediately.. i saw both Knocked Up and The Simpsons in Full it was great :D
