Not that I am a smoker but little by little our rights are being taken away by the government. Soon George Orwell's 1984 will not be fiction anymore :(

CajunGuy,

It is the flammable liquid that makes them regulated, there is a whole lesson as a Hazmat employee must know about shipments for aircraft. This federal law is just the beginning and personally has nothing to do with 1984.

Well my comment was more about the government's role lately in taking away our rights as citizens, whether its renewing an illegal document like the Patriot Act or getting into the private affairs of citizens as in the Terri Schiavo case, at some point there needs to be some regulation as to what rights the government can and cannot take away when we claim to live in a free society. It just seems like the fundamentalist right, a minority group, is gaining way too much power and influence among our governmental branches.

CajunGuy,

It can only get worst from here. Thank our politicans for that one. You are correct though.
