believe me.. we lose ALOT of packages.. due to damages and theft... there's alot of dumb ass kids who think its cool to steal a cellphone.. but wait to u get caught by UPS security.. and they procecute to the fullest extent of the law.. also we are encouraged to snitch since they offer us a $5,000 reward if it leads to thier conviction:D

Some days I wish we could prosecute UPS for the amount of damaged packages we have to file claims for. Yes we do package our products for a safe shipment.
