HOLLYWOOD wild child Lindsay Lohan has finally come out and confirmed she has a lesbian lover.
Lohan and English-born DJ and musician Samantha Ronson have been virtually inseparable since the start of 2008 and despite leaks that the pair were lovers they kept it secret.
That is until Lohan's 22nd birthday party when she came out loud and proud.
"I just wanna live a happy healthy year, continue on the path that I've been on and be with the person I care about. And my family."
Ronson, whose brother is hip music producer Mark Ronson, has since posted the picture of the couple kissing on her MySpace page.
One of Ronson's songs Built This Way is featured in the movie Mean Girls starring Lindsay Lohan and Rachel McAdams.
Lindsay hasn't dated any men since she started hanging around with Sam, and there has hardly been a day in the last two months when they have been apart.
"It's really sweet that Lindsay has found someone she can trust and rely on."
Recent reports claim Lindsay is "submissive" in the relationship.
A source said: "Lindsay and Samantha are totally playing house and loving every minute of it. And, yes, they share a bed!
"They both play certain roles. Lindsay is the passive one ... It works for them!"
