That does it. I was debating on whether or not to buy new CDJ's when I get this new job. But I think I will. I was in the middle of practicing (and doing a damn good job, I think) when it just STOPS because the fucking platter switch is broken AGAIN.

I think I'll get some brand new 1000 MK3's (or 4's, if they're out by then) and some decent flight cases that DON'T fuck up the platters.

Pioneer, though, is so goddamned tight lipped about their product releases. Anyone asking about the next version of CDJ-1000's (the MK IV) is immediately besieged by other users telling them to STFU and just wait for them.

But fuck that. If I'm in the market for new ones, I'd like to know. I mean, if the MK4's are going to released a few months after I start looking, then fuck it, I'll wait.
