Just cause the spartans ran around in speedos didnt make it gay... its like watchin wrestling. Dudes in minimal clothing beat the tar out of eachother.

Uh...Spartans were gay. The idea in the Spartan army (which made it so work) was that you would fight for your country and lover. Most Spartan soldiers were lovers as well as comrades. That is something the movie left out and I thought was kind of hypocritical when Leonides says something about the Greeks being boy lovers...as opposed to the Spartans being man lovers.
