The other night i went to a McDonalds down the street from my work...(cuz i i get the lights night munchies sometimes) Anywho...i drive up and order 2 McChicken Sandwiches...(they are good Yum!) and i tell the lady (who is takin my order) to add tomato on them (since the McChicken doesnt come with Tomato)ok.. she then says (with a very bad english) please drive to the window...Ok so the i know the McChicken Sandwiches are $1.00 each+tax which makes them $1.08 a piece....so i pull out the exact amount for the McChickens (did i mentione they are good?) which should be $2.14 when im about to give the money to the lady she tells me that my total was $2.64 (thats with the tax) I was like WTF!!!!! so i paid it right...and when i got my food and reciept it read .20(cents) for each slice of tomato that they had add to my Sandwiches) :hangover i thought to myself for a monent... i was like :shakinghe nuh uh this aint right Nobody charges .20cents for 1 tomato slice much less .40cents for 2 slices...i asked the lady...Do you guys charge for tomato? .....she replied.... Si Senior....we do..i was like ok then...so i drove off....i didnt mind paying the extra for the tomato...but...i just thought....WHAT THA FIIZZZUK is this World Coming to when U got Fast Food Charging for tomato slice.... :twak:

As a former employee of McDonald's (I worked there in high school) I should tell you that technically they are supposed to charge you for everything. The only thing you get free are 2 ketchup packets, if you want more than 2 they are supposed to charged you .10 cents for each one. Same goes for sauce with your nuggets.

Every once in a while when I'm at McDonald's they have signs up that give amounts for extra things of nugget sauce. Of course, I'm not sure how often they actually follow that.......

JS,

Your state is just strange when it comes to McDonald's menu items. Such as a McCajun Sandwich :shakinghe Anyways, you have been a victim of "passing on the buck". :owned:

AHAHAHA! I used to work at McDonald's (in high school) and we had to charge for every thing. For example, we were only allowed to give out 2 ketchup packets, if the customer wanted more we had to charge them 10 cents. I never did that though unless the customer pissed me off, which was a lot LOL

JoeySkillz

NewzFlash... McChicken is now 1.20 without your tomato slice... Dollar menu my ass. On a good note, the big and tastey is 1.80 rather than 3 bucks.

I prefer Wendy's or Burger King. So much better than McD's.

But McD's has better chicken nuggets.

JoeySkillz
08-04-2007, 04:39 PM
